I samarbejde med FOF tilbyder vi mandags yoga i Kernen. Tilmelding foregår gennem FOF's eget link, hvor i kan tilmelde jer hold.

Priser:
- Almen: 1.155 kr.
- Pensionist, efterlønsmodtager eller ledig over 50 år i Brøndby Kommune: 577,5 kr. (CPR-nummer kræves ved tilmelding)
- Pensionist eller efterlønsmodtager i Albertslund Kommune: 808,5 kr.
På holdet starter vi ud med en kort siddende meditation, hvor I bliver guidet og lander i rummet. Derefter skal vi igennem en blid yoga som udføres i roligt tempo, der løsner spændinger i kroppen. Blid yoga er for alle og bliver tilpasset den enkelte. I mindfulness vil vi have fokus på de små ting i livet. Følelsen af at smage og mærke tekstur, lægge mærke til følelsen af fødderne, når man går. Sanse ting omkring os på en ny måde.
Meditationen vil være en guidet meditation, hvor der ikke er noget man kan gøre forkert. Der er fokus på at få ro i kroppen og være god ved sig selv.

In the class, we start with a short seated meditation where you are guided and land in space. Then we'll go through a gentle yoga practice performed at a calm pace that releases tension in the body. Gentle yoga is for everyone and is customized to the individual. In mindfulness we will focus on the little things in life. The sense of taste and texture, noticing the feeling of your feet when you walk. Sensing things around us in a new way.
The meditation will be a guided meditation where there is nothing you can do wrong. The focus is on calming the body and being good to yourself.
